Third-Trimester-Pregnancy-Exercises

Welcome to the third trimester! Getting to the start of your third trimester really is the beginning of the countdown to when you will be having your baby, but keeping yourself active in this trimester will help you with labour and recovery after delivery.

In the third trimester, keep your exercises moderate, keep up with pelvic floor exercises, choose walking over running. In the third trimester, opt for poses that create a sense of openness, like chest openers and hip openers as they will help in birthing. Balancing postures will make you feel lighter and more aligned, but make sure to do them near a wall or chair to keep balance.

Simply listen to your body, adjust accordingly and be ready for the adventures to come!
